Chocolate Yogurt Ice Cream Bar

– 1 natural greek yogurt

– 1 vanilla greek yogurt

– 75g of dark chocolate CÉMOI Sao Tomé

– 1 handful of seeds of your choice and raisins


1. In a small bowl, mix the two yogurts

2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

3. Cut 50g of chocolate CÉMOI into pieces. Crush the seeds.

4. Spread the yogurt on the paper, about 5 mm thick. Sprinkle with crushed seeds, raisins and pieces of chocolate.

5. Place in the freezer for at least two hours.

6. Unmould and cut into bars.

7. For more gluttony, melt the remaining 25g of chocolate. Decorate your bars with melted chocolate.
