Chocolate fondant

– 400g of CÉMOI dark chocolate

– 250g of lightly salted butter

– 250g of powdered sugar

– 80g of flour

– 5 eggs


1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.

3. Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the chocolate. Mix the mixture off the heat.

4. Pour the sugar into the mixture and mix everything together.

5. Gradually add the flour while stirring.

6. Add the eggs one by one and mix well.

7. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with baking sheet.

8. Bake 20 to 30 minutes.

9. Let cool and taste!
