Chocolate Ice Cream

– 50 cl of thick cream

– 110 g of powdered sugar

– 75 g of icing sugar

– 3 eggs

– 200 g of CÉMOI dark chocolate

– 4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder


1. Place a salad bowl in the freezer that will receive the chocolate mixture to cool.

2. Mix the egg yolks with the powdered sugar. Keep the whites for later.

3. Introduce the cream into the preparation.

4. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add to the mixture.

5. Beat the egg whites until they are very firm. Add the icing sugar and whisk everything.

6. Assemble the two preparations and give one last beating.

7. Place the preparation in the freezer for 4 hours.

8. Enjoy your ice cream with grated coconut, chopped hazelnuts or fresh fruit!
