Ingredients

– 200 g of CÉMOI dark chocolate

– 110 g of butter

– 4 eggs

– 150 g of caster sugar

– 60 g of flour

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 210 ° C.

2. Melt 100g of chocolate in a bain-marie with the butter.

3. Mix until smooth and even.

4. Whisk eggs and sugar to obtain a foamy texture.

5. When the eggs are well mounted, stir in the chocolate + butter mixture and continue whisking.

6. Stir in flour and mix until smooth.

7. Fill the muffin cups with the mixture.

8. Bake for 12 minutes at 210 ° C.

9. Cool and unmold.

10. Melt 100g of chocolate in a bain-marie and coat over muffins.
